Tuition may be paid by bank draft or by credit card draft only.
All Tuition bank drafts or credit card drafts will be collected through Member Solutions, a Martial Arts billing company.
Student memberships are ongoing and are cancelable with 30 days written notice.
Acceptable ways to cancel your membership:
a. You can complete a Cancellation Request form on this page.
b. You can notify us by email from our website or sending an email to
c. You can contact Member Solution, our billing company directly online (see above), by mail or by phone to stop the recurring payments.
e. If you are paying by credit card, you can simply call the credit card company and tell them to stop the recurring payments.
2. Unacceptable ways to attempt to cancel your membership
a. We cannot cancel membership by phone. Please do not leave telephone messages regarding membership status changes.
b. We cannot cancel membership by email sent to any email address other than the email address listed above. Most likely those messages only reach a SPAM folder.
Suspending classes for more than 30 days may result in the loss of the slot in your preferred classes and you will be subject to current fees rather than the fees you were paying. If you have been with us for a long time and have a low rate then don't risk it by stopping you billing and restarting later. When you restart it will be at the current unlimited rate, not the rate you were paying.
Member Solutions charges a Service Fee of $25.00 on any returned financial item presented for collection and returned for any reason.
Member Solutions charges a $7.50 late fee for all payments paid past their due date.
The school reserves the right to terminate a student’s membership if it deems necessary
Please remember that your monthly tuition is for membership in your selected program and is due regardless of your personal attendance habits.
Whenever you have a payment auto-paid (Bank Draft/Debit Card or Credit Card), you need to check your statement each and every month. You could end up paying for something you thought you had stopped. Credit Cards give you more protection than bank drafts. Always read the Terms and Conditions of your auto-payment. Remember, we do not require contracts that require you to pay to the end of the contract whether the student trains or not.
No Refunds. No Exceptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice in accordance with our Cancellation Policy (describe above), but there will not be a refund unless legally required. It is your responsibility to be aware of the terms and conditions of your membership as they are clearly laid out on our website. You need to maintain vigilance concerning your financial affairs by checking your bank statements and credit card statements each month for any errors.
